had gym for db training today; it was fantastic although my arms kinda faded away at the last station. lol, did 100 push-ups as a finale again. haha, can endure all alr. not bad.

i give myself 2 thumbs up*

crashing Adventure Club's training tmr, there are 2 outcomes. either i'll emerge victorious, spotted, fitter than anyone of them, Or they are better than me, and i lose face. haha
