tough training today. running was pretty alright, thanks to the extra runs i had last wednesday and thursday.
the pull-ups were horrible.
1st set, do ur max. i did 12
2nd set. must do 12
3rd set. must do 12
4th set. must do 12, but i did 11. then i sprained my neck.
not to mention all the push-ups inbetween the pull-ups
ervin was like laughing his ass off man, smack his ass when i get into the team. HAHAHA!
rowing was good, went for Hard 10s and Long 10s. i think my technique is there, just need to constantly remind myself to stretch out till im used to it.
that is if i can hold till im selected. -sigh
