training was kinda tough today. did roughly 75 push-ups right at the beginning because some ppl were late, and it was before warm up man. haha
they quickened their run and also did not wait for those who lagged behind. and yea, i lagged out. LOL then did 4 sets of 10 pull-ups plus 4 sets of 25 push ups. had aching arms by the time i was done.
next was rowing, long 2hrs. focused more on power, overcoming the water's resistance rather than rowing fast. yiliang was practically acting cute in the other boat the whole time lah, making funny faces and screaming out fake commands like nobody's business. haha
well math test is on tmr, gonna mugg for it after my show and tmr morning after lecture also. i better score well this round. =D
