trials today; super exhausted!!

improved for every station by abit, still its an encouragement for someone like me who didn't bother to train or go for the sessions during the term break. haha!

Pull-ups - 23 (improved by 3)
Sit-ups - 45 (improved by 3)
Push-ups - 67 (improved by 5)
2.4km - 11:05.58 (improved by 2mins+)

now its the rowing part. haha, and i pray they would overlook the attendance. LOL.

training's officially 3times a week:
Tuesday - 6pm to 9+
Thursday - 6pm to 9+
Sunday - 9am to 12+
