Latest Fitness Test Results:
2.4km: 10mins:08sec
Pull-ups : 22
Sit-ups : 47
Push-ups: 1st set - 69
2nd set - 66

wake up call for those who think this is some kind of easy shiet. mind you all these were done within 2hrs, dun vomit while trying it out ah. haha =D

deproved for pull-ups, kinda improved a little for push-ups, improved a whole lot for 2.4km, and my sit-ups still the same. haha

but my packs are surfacing alr, haha.
which means if i can do more sit-ups, i'll get my desired hot bod =P
im so proud of myself

just a side note:
i dun understand what make-ups are for,
nvm, proves that i'm still a man.
i just dun dig cosmetics.
