i've realised my blog's kinda dusty, haha. but nvm, i think i'll come up with my own blogskin during the hols and just maybe i'll be more consistent in this thing called blogging. lol

kinda in the hols mood now, and exams is starting on the 25th of august. yes i know i must study and i will, just not with the fire and passion i had a little while back, say 2 months ago. haha

did some java on sunday, then met up with dee and lings to take pictures -_-" haha, i think i look superb in pictures, handsome/cute/sweet/adorable/sexy/suave/charming whatever good points u can think of. haha

NMM presentation later today, kinda sucky. stuck in the lab with nothing to do while waiting for the lab session to start. i think by that time my shirt would be all crumpled up with all the slouching and stuff. =P

last db training this thursday, i think its time to rest too. my body needs time to develop out the muscles. haha. okay crap, but yea i've haven been training that hard of late, down with that freaking cough and flu. its sucks man! =(

wake up call for those who think this is some kind of easy shiet. mind you all these were done within 2hrs, dun vomit while trying it out ah. haha =D

deproved for pull-ups, kinda improved a little for push-ups, improved a whole lot for 2.4km, and my sit-ups still the same. haha

but my packs are surfacing alr, haha.
which means if i can do more sit-ups, i'll get my desired hot bod =P
im so proud of myself

in my world, i would be the man with the leanest, most sexiest muscles, with all the girls chasing after me as their dream guy. proudly i would take to the streets, driving my dream car - a black mercedes convertible.

i will have a nice big swimming pool with girls lazing around it 24/7, and not to forget an up-to-date hi-tech gymnasium with a sexy female for a personal instructor. My timetable will be set according to my preference and i would be the captain of dragonboat for a start. ITAS would cater food from Shangri La, and also get a better air-ventilation system. crap i always smell like chicken or something when i step out of ITAS. grr!!

but thats my world, whats yours? and whats the real world got to do with my world? heh, at least i've got the girls in the real world just as i wanted in my world. but still its a hell of a task to fulfill, gotta catch' em all! oops

tough training today. running was pretty alright, thanks to the extra runs i had last wednesday and thursday.

the pull-ups were horrible.

1st set, do ur max. i did 12
2nd set. must do 12
3rd set. must do 12
4th set. must do 12, but i did 11. then i sprained my neck.
not to mention all the push-ups inbetween the pull-ups

ervin was like laughing his ass off man, smack his ass when i get into the team. HAHAHA!

rowing was good, went for Hard 10s and Long 10s. i think my technique is there, just need to constantly remind myself to stretch out till im used to it.

that is if i can hold till im selected. -sigh

i will certainly not compromise, never ever coulda woulda compromise!

training was kinda tough today. did roughly 75 push-ups right at the beginning because some ppl were late, and it was before warm up man. haha

they quickened their run and also did not wait for those who lagged behind. and yea, i lagged out. LOL then did 4 sets of 10 pull-ups plus 4 sets of 25 push ups. had aching arms by the time i was done.

next was rowing, long 2hrs. focused more on power, overcoming the water's resistance rather than rowing fast. yiliang was practically acting cute in the other boat the whole time lah, making funny faces and screaming out fake commands like nobody's business. haha

well math test is on tmr, gonna mugg for it after my show and tmr morning after lecture also. i better score well this round. =D

AC was great. i won't say the training was that fantastic cos i didn't really feel much, haha gosh! dragonboat has turned me into a monster!!

the 4.8km run was super slow, no kick at all. me and hongyi were practically talking, joking and gaying arnd the whole run.

most gay part was the i/c, "so u all wanna do pull-ups anot? silence means consent ah."
haha. obviously the other AC-ers said no, and that marked the end of training. LOL

but the ppl were very nice! guys and girls alike.
now this point is definetly better than db. X))

dun be sad db girls, i'll still be there for u all!!

had gym for db training today; it was fantastic although my arms kinda faded away at the last station. lol, did 100 push-ups as a finale again. haha, can endure all alr. not bad.

2 ppl said hi to me today:

in the morning, alight at kallang mrt to go for dragonboat training. walked out of the control and saw whom i supposed was another tp dragonboater too. then i just stared blankly at him cos i was too sleepy, and he waved to me and said hi. HAHA. i didn't respond until he said hi a second time. and obviously i saw him later on during training. LOL

after training, reached tanah merah mrt the bus stop. saw bus38, waved and flagged it down. then the bus uncle, waved back at me but did not open the door. wth! waved at him again and he waved back before opening the doors. -_-"

did NMM when i got home, felt real sleepy when i was creating the layout for the site. but i managed to hang on till the 2nd last CSS stylesheet before dozing off for awhile. haha, okay i admit NMM is boring if i ain't doing up a web that i like.

improved for every station by abit, still its an encouragement for someone like me who didn't bother to train or go for the sessions during the term break. haha!

was being chauffeured around bedok and then to expo for svc by sis xiao yun, hahaha.. honoured man

wore all the new stuffs today, tee, belt, shoe, bag. attracted lots of attention from passer-bys, dun ask me why, perhaps im too shuai alr. =P

service was fantastic, cept that the mother and teen-son infront of me was uber irritating. i dun wan to judge, so i think they're not here to attend svc, they're here to engage in a conversation with each other. yup =D

but im taking it well, its funny how im able to concentrate on the preaching and also their nonsense while keeping my cool while having the sinister thought of smacking their heads and telling them to shut up. =/

macau-ed after svc due to world cup, large crowds of chc probably rushed home for the match. so macau was quite spacious and relaxing. ate portuguese 1/2 chicken with rice and also their egg tarts for dinner. only in this area of food do i actually support and like the world cup, otherwise heck with it!! haha
